Yesterday I started my new fitness and health regime, and so far it is going well. I had a nice green smoothie for breakfast, a strawberry banana smoothie for lunch, and I made a Hawaiian bbq wrap (I tweeted the link). If you want to find the recipes, I pin them all on my pinterest.
This morning I fixed up a cobb salad for dinner, which will translate into being lunch for the next two weeks! This photo is not what I made this morning, this was for a dinner party I threw a few weeks ago which including, if you can't see, some Moscow Mules! Read up on the recipe below!
My favorite part about any salad is that there really is no way of messing up a recipe. As, a picky eater I like to mix and match my vegetables and more. With this cobb salad there are a lot of different meats and vegetables, but then I choose what I like, then add them to it. If you want to add a dressing, anything will work!

avacado
bacon
tomatoes
egg
corn
chicken
blue cheese or feta
1. add it to your romaine lettuce and enjoy
