leg workout

In the re branding of my blog I am focusing on three major topics-style, fitness, and food with a little bit of lifestyle each week.  I said last Monday that I am starting a healthier lifestyle.  With that, I will be sharing more workouts and fitness outfits along with fun and healthy recipes.  Today I am sharing an easy ten minute leg workout that you can practically do anywhere without a gym.  It is three reps of the complete workout.

The workout consists of 4 exercises that are to be performed three to four times.  The exercises include squats, lunges, calf raises, and wall squats.  Before I do this workout I like to go on a mile run to loosen up my legs and get some sweat running.  It's totally optional, but if your trying to burn calories and fat, along with tone up your legs I do recommend running beforehand.

25 squats

30 lunges (15 each leg)

40 calf raises

30-40 second wall squat

repeat set 3-4 times
