fit + healthy snacks

Over these past two weeks I have been working hard, as far as fitness and health. I have been running a lot more and I have cut down on sweets and made up for them with fruits and vegetables. I am one who can say that I can't eat or drink much before a workout. After my workout, I would always feel famished and dehydrated, but not anymore. 

I have found my perfect substitutes and ways to stay well hydrated while keeping my nutrition up too. Everyday, I normally go running in the morning, so I never would eat breakfast, which is an awful habit. I now hydrate with 6-7 glasses of water each day, and I have one glass by my bedside. When I wake up I drink a small glass of water, then I pick my option of fruit. I go for my workout and run, when I come back I eat a more substantial breakfast such as a parfait or eggs and toast. My four choices for easy to eat fruits. 

1. Oranges/Tangerines |  2. Blueberries |  3. Grapes |  4. Strawberries
