Good morning sunshine! That's not something you regularly hear, because come on, your mornings are dark, not fun, filled with minutes of hitting the snooze button, and countless cups of coffee. Let's be real, mornings are the worst, but over the last few months, I have used some tips that help my mornings become more enjoyable for everyone, including me.
+ go to bed earlier
I used to go to bed around 11 or even later on some nights, but recently going to bed around 10:30, even 10 if I'm not busy with work or a good show. This always gives me a better sleep, and makes it easier to wake up.
+ wake up earlier
Just like I started to go to bed earlier, I also started waking up earlier, not by an hour but by thirty to forty-five minutes. Normally, I would wake up at seven, and rush to get to work by 8:05 everyday, but waking up between 6:15 to 6:30 gives me even more time to relax.
+ more water, less caffeine
Caffeine, the perfect way to wake up in the morning, may not be the best or healthiest way to spruce up your morning. You are supposed to drink six to eight glasses of water each day, so try a glass of water before each meal, and when you wake up and go to bed, it'll leave you feeling better and living a better, healthier lifestyle.
+ no screens
Screens, screens practically have taken over our life, from shows to our pictures, and our calenders, our phones, ipads, tvs, and everything else is a screen. Before going to bed give it an hour of no screens, giving you a chance of falling asleep faster and sleeping longer.
+ positive vibes
